The Share Foundation is a not-for-profit organization founded by Canadian Celebrities Rex Goudie and Shaun Majumder. The organization was formed to help provide medical needs to the Baie Verte Peninsula, an area of Newfoundland in desperate need of medical assistance, as many services are not offered on the peninsula, and residents must travel great distances to receive proper care.

Who Are We?
The broader objective of this Trust shall be for rural empowerment and health awareness for making a strong literate,healthy self-sufficient rural India. This Trust on being a non-political, Non-religious, and Non-profit making organisation; shall devote all its effort for the development of common-man in general having stress upon the needy and down trodden peoples in particular.
The Trust understands that health is not just related to the individual itself but in the environment he/she is living. And one of the main objectives of the Trust is to bring in a healthy environment.
Health services has witnessed a rapid stride in the recent years, while we prepare ourselves to brace the new challenges , it is prudent to spare ourselves to think about the common-man and help him understand and avail these rapid advances for his better health.
The Trust wants to lay emphasis on chronic diseases like diabetes, cardio-vascular diseases and cancer in particular which has spread its tentacles even in rural India where health services are lacking along with awareness and holistic treatment to preventable and communicable diseases.
We at SHARE CHARITABLE TRUST believe that education is the key to overcome poverty in the current generation and it is fundamental in creating better future for human security, community development and national progress.
